When Buyers Call Us for Mold Testing

You smell mustiness but can’t find a source. A basement or crawl space has had water, or the seller says a leak was fixed and you want to know what’s left.

The fix starts with the water, and that’s where Jeff’s years as a builder pay off.

Frequently Asked Questions

How Much Is a Mold Inspection?

Every home is different, and so is how much of it needs checking, so we quote mold inspections instead of posting one price. Call or text 828-273-7662 with the address and what you’re seeing or smelling, and we’ll give you a price on the spot.

Do You Do the Cleanup Too?

No, we test and report and don’t sell mold removal. That means nothing in our report is there to sell you a job. If you need mold cleaned up or a leak fixed, you can hire whoever you want, and we’ll tell you what kind of contractor to call.

Can I Add It to My Home Inspection?

Yes, pick mold when you book, or call or text us and we’ll add it. We quote the mold part, and the home inspection starts at $425 by square footage. One visit covers both, so you only schedule with the seller once.

How Do I Get a Mold Test Done on My House in North Carolina?

Call or text us at 828-273-7662, or fill out the quick 30-second form. Tell us what you’re seeing or smelling and we’ll quote it. Then we come out, check for mold and the water behind it, take air samples and walk you through what we found.

Still have a question? Call or text us at 828-273-7662.
