Where We Work
We inspect homes in Asheville, Fletcher, Hendersonville and the towns within about an hour's drive. If the home is more than an hour from Asheville, there's an extra travel fee, so call and we'll go over it. We also inspect commercial and multi-unit properties.
Have These Handy When You Call
- The address of the home
- About how big it is and how old it is
- Any tests you want added, like radon or a termite (WDIR) report
- Your due diligence or closing date
Rather not call? Fill out the 30 second form and we'll be in touch.
